Trump hush money sentencing delayed after Supreme Court ruling
The Manhattan District Attorney says he is open to delaying sentencing for Donald Trump’s hush money conviction, following yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling.
Trump’s lawyers requested a delay after the court decided former presidents should have immunity from prosecution for official acts, arguing that some evidence in his trial stemmed from his time in office.
