The Supreme Court hears a challenge to the ATF’s regulation of ghost guns, which are bought in kits of parts by mail order and online, assembled at home, without serial numbers, and are untraceable. Hurricane Milton is still on track to hit Florida. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and President Joe Biden are urging those who have been ordered to leave to evacuate now. President Biden says it is a matter of life and death. President also canceled a trip overseas to monitor the hurricane response.
