Rolling thunder is a live-fire artillery event that tests 10th Marine Regiment’s ability to operate in a simulated littoral environment against a peer threat in a dynamic and multi-domain scenario. HMH-464 is a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, the aviation combat element of II Marine Expeditionary Force. 10th Marine Regiment is a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Division, the ground combat element of II MEF.
